The once-loved Accra restaurant Ghana couldn’t stop tweeting about.
Everyone knew the place. Nobody talked about it.
Koffee Lounge had been feeding Accra for years: a Chinese restaurant in the heart of the city, a couple of branches, and a loyal crowd that loved one thing above everything else. The portions. Generous, affordable plates that made you feel like family. The food had fans. The brand had gone quiet.
We led with what people already loved
The strategy wasn’t to invent a new story. It was to turn up the volume on the one customers were already telling: nobody fills a plate like Koffee Lounge. We refreshed the logo, redesigned the packaging, sharpened the messaging, and wrote captions that sounded like Accra talking to itself.

That same thinking flowed into a new and improved website: bold, warm, and unmistakably Koffee Lounge on every device.
Then Twitter caught fire
Our campaigns had one job: remind young Ghanaians that their once beloved chain of restaurants was alive, cooking, and as generous as ever. Ghana answered, loudly, and kept answering for two straight years. The tweets below are real.
